Intro

With Zendo, you can effortlessly control your smart locks. Lock or unlock, pull the latch/spring (when supported), and check whether the door is open or closed. Keep an eye on the battery level of your smart locks in the Batteries section of the app.
Every lock or unlock event shows up in the Safety & Security activity feed, so you can see when the door was locked or unlocked. The activity feed is for monitoring only. To actually lock or unlock the door, add an accessory to your floorplan.

Add smart locks to the floorplan

Add an accessory for each smart lock, next to the door where it’s installed. That way you can lock or unlock with a single tap.
Linking a smart lock to a room lets you unlock the door straight from a smart doorbell live stream, so you can answer the door and let someone in with ease.
  1. Tap (Settings)
  2. Tap “Edit Floorplan”
  3. Tap the lock accessory on your floorplan
  4. Scroll down and set a room under “Room”
Once linked, the lock appears as a control in the doorbell’s live stream for that room.
