- Spotify only works when you have a Spotify Premium account linked to your Sonos system.
- Spotify Daily Mix / Made For You playlists might not work when the Spotify account used to add the playlist to zendō doesn’t match the account configured on your Sonos system.
- Radio: ensure the Radio Browser integration is enabled in Home Assistant.
Play favourites on Chromecast
Spotify support for Chromecast is in early-access and it might not work as expected. We will release it to the wider public later on.
- Spotify on Chromecast has some limitations:
- You must have the Spotify integration installed and linked to a Spotify Premium account.
- Only Chromecast TV (with apps) is supported. You need to have the Spotify app installed and be logged in with a Spotify Premium account.
- The Spotify app might take a bit to load and could time out. Please try again if this happens.
- Playlist won’t play in shuffle mode because this feature is not yet fully supported by the Spotify app.
- Radio: ensure the Radio Browser integration is enabled in Home Assistant.
Play favourites on any other speaker
- Spotify is not supported on any other speakers due to Spotify API restrictions. We are working to bring support for Spotify to further speakers in the future.
