Find offline or not responding accessories

  1. Tap
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. If one or more accessories are offline, you’ll see “Offline Accessories” under the “Accessories” section.
  4. Tap “Offline Accessories” to see the list of affected accessories.
A green badge on the button indicates there are one or more offline accessories.

Accessory detail

Tap any accessory in the Offline Accessories list to open its detail screen. You’ll see useful information to help you understand and resolve the issue.
